JM Padron
General Manager
JM Padron is the President and CEO of RE/MAX Premier Associates and RE/MAX Commercial Associates, a Large Real Estate firm with more than 70 agents, and a Commercial Real Estate company with approximately 15 commercial brokers. Mr. Padron has closed important commercial deals for more than $200 million, as well as leased more than 300,000 Sq Ft of retail and office space. JM Padron brings more than 25 years of experience in management, business development and mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international. Mr. Padron has held important senior management positions in Motorola, AT&T Network Systems, CCI and Shell Oil, among others. Mr. Padron received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Metropolitan University, a Master of Engineering Sciences Degree from Lamar University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. Mr. Padron is a Licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida, and holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Mr. Padron is currently finishing his CPM designation from the IREM Institute. Mr. Padron held important recognitions in his productive years at RE/MAX: Member of the RE/MAX multimillion dollar 100% Club and the prestigious Chairman's Club. Mr. Padron is fluent in both English and Spanish. Mr. Padron is a member of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, NAR, FAR, CCIM, IREM, SOCR, ICSC and is currently the President of the CCIM Broward-Ft. Lauderdale District. Teresa Rodriguez
Property Administrator
Teresa Rodriguez has been working as an assistant in Real Estate for the last five years, three of them with the Belmonte Team at RE/MAX. Teresa used to manage the listings and sales from beginning to end and she used to coordinate the inspections and closings with all parties involved. She has been in charge of the administration of retail properties using "Tenant Pro" software, currently transitioning to Yardy. Mrs. Rodriguez tasks include: collection of rents, service of tenant notices, coordinate of eviction process, coordinate all the required repairs approved by landlord, regular inspections, managing the service contracts: landscaping, cleaning, waste management yard, pool and outside cleaning.
Wendy Mora-Giltz

Wendy Mora - Giltz started in the real estate business four years ago when she worked as an assistant to a real estate developer. She has also worked for a prestigious mortgage company in which she held the position of closing coordinator. Wendy scheduled the closings with title companies, prepared closing documents and calculated wire amounts to be sent. Today, Wendy is proud to be working with Tenants by covering their needs. She visits regularly the retail businesses and coordinates with Mrs. Rodriguez, Mrs. Cruz and Mr. Eisner any demands or needs which may arise. She graduate from the Nova Southeastern University in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration as an marketing major.
Gail Cruz
Marketing Director
Gail has been in the printing business for over 30 years. She is trained in all aspects of graphic design and printing. She worked for Beckman Coulter and Baxter Healthcare producing all packaging and advertising for hospital supplies and medical products.
In 1996, Baxter moved their production to Germany and Gail accepted a position at RE/MAX Partners assisting agents with advertising and marketing for realtors® in seven offices.
In 2002 Gail was offered a job at RE/MAX Commercial Associates where she now assists landlords with their day-to-day marketing including print media, events and internet advertising.
Michael Eisner
Retail Leasing Director
Michael Eisner is a Commercial Realtor with RE/MAX Commercial Associates in Weston, FL. He has been licensed since 2005. His areas of focus include leasing and sales/acquisitions of retail space with an emphasis on market surveys of competing properties, comparative lease financial analysis and marketing tools creation and implementation. Mr. Eisner serves on the 2009 Board of Directors of the CCIM Broward District as well as the 2009 board of directors of CIREBA. He is an active member of SOCR and serves on the current membership committee of the Weston Legacy Chapter of BNI (Business Network International). Mr. Eisner served as financial advisor for almost two decades with several Wall Street investments firms including Prudential Bache Securities and Shearson American Express. He graduate from the University of Florida in 1976 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration as an accounting major.
Nayarit Briceno

Nayarit Briceno has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and tax field; she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas Venezuela; and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate Scholl of Management, in Miramar Florida. She holds various certifications in advance tax planning for individual and business in the United States. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Venezuela and has a pending admission in the Florida Board of Accountancy. Ms. Briceno moved to the United States in July 1995 and opened her own accounting and tax practice in 1998 in Pembroke Pines, Florida, tailor to serve a variety of business and individuals in their accounting and tax needs. She has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue with a high rate of successful winner cases. Her practice is dedicated to support its clientele in all aspects of business, payroll, accounting and tax within the scope of the accounting practice in the US. Her practice holds over 350 corporate and individual clients worldwide.
Dennis Ponn
Attorney
Dennis Ponn, who is trained in the complexities of real estate law, is one of the most respected real estate attorneys in the community. He is a member of the Florida and Washington, D.C. Bars and is a graduate of Cornell University (1977) and the University of Miami, School of Law (1984). Dennis is a past president of the Coral Gables Bar Association and chaired the realtor/attorney committee for the City of Coral Gables' prominent real estate association. He has served as general counsel for one of the largest real estate companies in Florida.
With almost 25 years of real estate experience, Dennis is uniquely qualified to provide legal advice and counseling related to real estate contracts, retail leasing, property inspections, title issues, disputes and other matters that may arise, as well as services to homeowners and investors in matters related to "short sales", foreclosures and negotiated settlements with lenders.
